Purchased credits are valid for 12 months and stack on top of your free credits. Any credit pack unlocks Excel, QuickBooks and Xero export, permanently — buy the smallest pack once and every export format stays available to you.
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Credits are spent oldest-batch-first, so the credits closest to expiring are always used up before newer ones, and we warn you when a batch is within 30 days of expiring. Your free credits are separate and don't expire on the same schedule as your purchased credit balance.
No. Credits are charged once, when a statement is converted. After that you can re-download that statement as CSV, Excel, QuickBooks or Xero as many times as you like at no additional cost.
We convert what your balance covers rather than failing outright. If you have 2 credits and upload a 40-page statement, we quote you for the first 20 pages, convert those, and leave the rest for when you top up. You'll always see the page count and the credit cost before confirming.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. When the Business plan launches, invoicing will be available for Business customers. All transactions are processed with bank-level encryption.
